Steve helped us out with our mortgage when we first bought our house. We weren't ideal candidates, but he helped us find ways to make the approval happen. He even travelled to meet us when and where it was convenient for us. Now he's helping us out again, and made us aware of some options we didn't know about that are going to save us about $300/month.
