Coming into her sixth year as a Mortgage Agent, Kelly brings our files across the finish line. From the moment we receive the approval, Kelly’s responsibilities include collecting documents, satisfying mortgage conditions, ordering appraisals and completing all aspects of paperwork and compliance. Kelly works in conjunction with all professionals involved in the mortgage process; underwriters, lawyers, law clerks, appraisers, etc.

It is her diligence and organization that makes our approval process stress free and flowing smoothly. Kelly has over 30 years of experience with administration, management and has a high level of organization.

Connor’s role on our team is underwriting all incoming applications and strategizing with Steve to find the best mortgage products for our clients. She is responsible for communicating with clients on the progress of their files and providing updates at each milestone to ensure our clients are informed along the way.

With over 15 years of experience in Customer Service, Connor understands the importance of effective communication and leaving no stone unturned for our clients. Connor is coming into her 5th year as a Mortgage Agent and is continuously growing her mortgage education through online training, webinars, and industry events.
